Here at Raepublic, we’re all about nutrition and mental health. Blueberries are an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamin K, and manganese. They also contain a good amount of vitamin C. Raspberries are rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, and manganese. Strawberries are high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and manganese.

It has been shown that there is a correlation between depression and both oxidative stress and antioxidant levels. A case-control study involving adults 60 years or older showed that consuming adequate amounts of naturally occurring antioxidants, such as those found in fruits and vegetables, was associated with lower levels of depression.
