  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour citrus mixture over top, followed by sparkling water, and a sprig of mint.

Servings Ideas

Turn your gathering into a full-blown feast with the orange spritz mocktail as your ultimate refreshment. It’s great with vegan minestrone and a beetroot veggie sandwich for less formal events. It also complements my veggie pesto pizza, roasted carrots and sweet potatoes, and vegan mashed sweet potatoes for a traditional sit-down meal. Don’t forget dessert – try my eggless blueberry pie, banana blackberry muffins, or banana pecan muffins

Storage Tips

When making an orange spritz mocktail for a crowd, you can prepare the base sans sparkling water. It is best to add the sparkling water just before serving. If you keep the sparkling water separate, you can refrigerate the rest of the mocktail mixture for up to 2 days. Adding the sparkling water too far in advance of serving will result in a flat mocktail.
