Easy, 4 ingredient raspberry lemonade sweetened with maple syrup. It’s the perfect vegan drink for summer, or whip it out in spring if you’re feeling feisty. Along with rejuvenating your taste buds, freshly squeezed lemon juice is high in vitamin C.

- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2+ cups raspberries, frozen
- 5 1/2 cups water
- Pour all ingredients into into blender and pulse. (Alternatively, mash the raspberries. Then add all ingredients to a large pitcher and stir vigorously.)
- Enjoy a little taste of summer over ice!
