Garlic Roasted Peanuts
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup peanuts, raw organic
- In a large pan, add coconut oil, minced garlic and raw peanuts.
- Cook on low with lid on for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
