Garlic Roasted Peanuts
Vegan garlic roasted peanuts? Say what?! Made with only 3 ingredients, this homemade, plant-based snack is not only easy to make, but also delicious and nutritious. Peanuts are an excellent source of protein, fiber and vitamin B-6.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup peanuts, raw organic
Instructions
- In a large pan, add coconut oil, minced garlic and raw peanuts.
- Cook on low with lid on for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
