Description
Easy pineapple ice cream that tastes like summer.
Ingredients
- 1 13.5–ounce can of coconut cream
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 pineapple OR 4 cups frozen pineapple
- coconut flakes (as much as you like)
Instructions
- Prep: Break bananas into smaller pieces and if using fresh pineapple cut into chunks (so that they fit in the food processor).
- Process: Add banana, pineapple, and coconut cream into a food processor and blend for 60+ seconds until smooth.
- Pour: Scoop into a freezer-safe dish.
- Freeze: Freeze for 2+ hours (until frozen).
- Enjoy: Serve and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
