Pineapple Ice Cream

Yield 6 Servings
Prep Time 15 minutes
Freeze Time 5 hours
Total Time 15 minutes
Easy pineapple ice cream that tastes like summer.

Ingredients 
 

Instructions 

  • Prep: Break bananas into smaller pieces and if using fresh pineapple cut into chunks (so that they fit in the food processor).
  • Process: Add banana, pineapple, and coconut cream into a food processor and blend for 60+ seconds until smooth.
  • Pour: Scoop into a freezer-safe dish.
  • Freeze: Freeze for 2+ hours (until frozen).
  • Enjoy: Serve and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
