Unfortunately, most of Pillsbury’s pie crusts contain lard. The Pet-Ritz Frozen All Vegetable Deep Dish Pie Crusts are vegan, though, so if you find Pillsbury pie crusts and want to try them, just check the label to be sure there are no animal products.

Are Pillsbury pie crusts dairy-free?

Pillsbury doesn’t put milk or whey in those pie crusts. There are no other dairy-based ingredients either. Still, it never hurts to read the labels of things just to be sure. Then you can put your mind at ease. 

None of Pillsbury pie crusts have milk, whey, or any other dairy-based ingredient. They are 100% dairy-free.

Is Marie Callendar’s frozen pie crust vegan?

Marie Callendar is a great pie brand and one that makes frozen pie shells that do not contain any ingredients that are animal-derived, making them a great option for vegan pie lovers.

Does Trader Joe’s have vegan pie crust options?

It does, but you have to check the labels because some of them contain lard which, as you know, is an animal product.
