Quick and easy raspberry jam recipe that you don’t even have to cook. It is raw and made using only four tasty ingredients.

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


  1. Mash: In a small bowl mash raspberries with a potato masher or a good old fork.
  2. Combine: Add in water, chia seeds, and maple syrup and thoroughly stir. 
  3. Rest: Let sit for at least 30 minutes before spreading it over your favorite taste!
