Are you interested in eating and feeling healthier? Have you been hearing about “plant-based diets” or a “vegan lifestyle” but feel overwhelmed, confused, or not sure where to start? Changing year-old habits, or oftentimes lifelong habits, is hard. It helps to learn and to try things out, but it can be even more transformative when you are inspired. The following list of food documentaries is one that I have found helpful when I was starting out. Several of these documentaries about food continue to offer little nudges and confirmations along the way.
