- 1 red onion, sautéed
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Pesto
- 1/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts, spread apart
- 12 grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
Preheat oven to 400°F/205°C.
Add oil to a skillet and sauté onions.
Roll out vegan pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread pesto over pizza dough.
Place onions, tomatoes, artichokes, and pine nuts on the dough.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges of the crust turn golden.
