Easy pesto pizza, with fresh tomatoes and homemade pesto, is the perfect way to turn a simple meal into a gourmet experience. Crafted with love and simple ingredients, this vegan pizza, featuring a bold pesto flavor, is sure to be the best pizza you’ve made at home.

Ingredients  

  • 1 red onion, sautéed
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Pesto
  • 1/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts, spread apart
  • 12 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/205°C.
  • Add oil to a skillet and sauté onions.
  • Roll out vegan pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread pesto over pizza dough.
  • Place onions, tomatoes, artichokes, and pine nuts on the dough.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges of the crust turn golden.
