These pumpkin donuts taste like fall. Pumpkin is combined with all the cozy spices. They take less than 30 minutes to make too so you will be enjoying these easy pumpkin donuts in no time!
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C and lightly grease your donut pan.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in a medium bowl.
Pour in maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and oat milk. Stir until well combined, but don't over-mix.
Scoop batter into doughnut pan with a small spoon. Alternatively, you can add the pumpkin spice doughnut batter to a piping bag and pipe the batter to fill the tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Add your favorite toppings, such as maple glaze or cinnamon glaze.
Notes
Toppings IdeasThese vegan pumpkin donuts are so good on their own, but maybe you want to make their enjoyment more of an experience. In that case, here are some toppings to consider.
Sugar: Keep it classic with a basic powdered sugar dusting or regular cane sugar.
Storage TipsThese vegan pumpkin spice donuts store really well. That being said, if you are going to add a glaze on top, I recommend doing so upon serving. So, only glaze as many donuts as you can eat. Then, store these pumpkin donuts in an airtight container and then add the glaze when you're ready to eat them.
Room temp: These pumpkin spice donuts can be stored at room temperature (without toppings) in an airtight container for 1-2 days. Any longer than that, I recommend refrigerating them.
Fridge: Store these tasty donuts in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. (If they last that long.)
