These easy watermelon popsicles are perfect for a hot summer day. They require just 10 minutes of prep time and a handful of simple ingredients. They're a great way to enjoy a healthy, refreshing treat without any added sugar.
Blend watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, and mint in a high-speed blender until smooth. (Alternatively, a food processor or immersion blender will work.)
Pour mixture into popsicle mold, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for about 4 hours (or overnight).
Serve by running a popsicle under warm water to release from the mold.
