This easy turmeric latte recipe is so cozy. I know it’s weird to call a drink cozy, but it is. Ready in just 15 minutes, you’ll be enjoying this golden milk recipe in no time.
Whisk together milk, turmeric, ginger, pepper, and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 5 minutes, turn off heat, and stir in maple syrup.
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. (To make it frothy, you can use a handheld frother.)

Substitutions + Variations If Needed
Turmeric: This recipe uses ground turmeric; fresh turmeric also works well too though.
Milk: If you have a nut sensitivity or aren't a fan of almond milk, then oat milk, cashew, coconut, or soy milk all work well.
Sweetener: I’m a fan of maple syrup for multiple reasons. However, if you aren’t a fan or don’t have it on hand, I recommend agave nectar or regular cane sugar. Alternatively, stevia is a good sugar-free option.
