Slice into even-sized French fries and add to a large bowl. Then, sprinkle spices and herbs over fries and drizzle oil on top. Toss thoroughly.
Spread on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Flip fries and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and browning starts to occur.
Remove from oven and serve with flake salt or dip of choice.

Why won't my sweet potato fries get crispy?There could be a few different reasons why your oven-roasted sweet potato fries won’t get crispy. If you didn’t coat them in arrowroot powder or corn starch, that could be why they aren’t crispy. Alternatively, you could soak them in water beforehand, which can also help them get extra crispy.
