Storage Tips If you have any smoothie left over, put it in an airtight glass jar. It’s best to consume this immediately, but if you simply can’t finish it up, the leftovers will be good in the fridge for 12-24 hours. If you’d like to freeze any portion, I recommend freezing in ice cube trays.
