Don't have yogurt on hand or aren't a fan? Make this easy, 3-ingredient overnight oats without yogurt. This quick recipe takes only five minutes to prep, so you'll have plenty of time to pick out your favorite toppings! Make it the night before for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
Add oats, milk, and maple syrup to a glass jar and stir until well combined.
Cover with lid and store in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Serve with fresh berries and almond butter drizzle on top (optional).
Notes
If you don't have rolled oats on hand, you can use quick oats. I do not recommend using steel-cut oats, though. The recipe will not turn out. Storage Tips For best results, store your overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator. A glass container can help maintain freshness and prevent any odors from affecting the flavor. (If you make this overnight oats without yogurt recipe in a glass jar to start, just store it in that.)
