In a small blender cup, blend mango until smooth and set aside.
Sift matcha into a small bowl. Pour hot water over the top and whisk for about 30 seconds (until foamy and smooth).
Fill glass cup with mango purée and add ice on top. Pour milk over the ice and top with freshly made matcha tea.

Storage TipsI recommend enjoying this green tea matcha with mango purée within 24 hours for the best taste. However, you could make the mango purée ahead of time and store it in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for 3-4 days.
