Enjoy a sweet and refreshing treat without the addatives found in the freezer section. These lime popsicles are made with simple ingredients and take just five minutes to prep.
Stir together lime juice, maple syrup, water, and mint leaves.
Pour into a popsicle mold and add a couple of lime slices to each mold (optional).
Freeze for at least four hours.
Serve by running one under warm water for a few seconds to release.

Storage TipsHomemade lime popsicles should be removed from the popsicle mold trays once they are ready. You can then put them in freezer storage bags, freeing up room in those trays to make more ice pops. Even though these are frozen, they have less of a shelf life, so make sure you enjoy them within 4 to 6 weeks.
