Add hemp seeds, water, date, and salt to a high-powered blender. Blend for about 1 minute, until well combined.
Pour into an airtight glass bottle or jar. Enjoy as a drink or in your favorite recipes. (You don't "need" to strain this hemp milk. However, if you use a less powerful blender, I recommend straining it through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.)
