- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Add banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, and milk to a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
