- 8 - 10 red potatoes, sliced into fries
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice potatoes into the shape of French fries.
Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and spread fries out evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes.
