- 3 medium sweet potatoes, (about 2lbs or 900g), sliced into fries
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
Wash sweet potatoes well and pat dry.
Slice into even-sized French fries and add to a large bowl.
Sprinkle spices and herbs over fries and drizzle oil on top. Toss thoroughly.
Spread on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Flip fries and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and browning starts to occur.
Remove from oven and serve with flake salt or dip of choice.
