Get ahead of the holidays with delicious treats to add to your dessert table or give as gifts. This vegan chocolate bark is the answer, a treat that everyone can indulge in! My homemade chocolate bark tastes so good that friends and family may have a hard time believing that it is dairy-free and vegan-friendly!
Line baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and pour melted chocolate over paper.
Spread chocolate out to desired thickness and sprinkle pecans, orange zest, and salt over chocolate.
Gently press dry ingredients into chocolate and place tray in freezer for 10-20 minutes (until solid).
Remove from freezer and break (or chop) into pieces of "bark".
Notes
Storage TipsKeep this vegan chocolate bark nice and crisp by layering it with parchment paper in an airtight container and tucking it in your fridge. It will keep in there for up to 3 weeks, though I doubt you’ll have any left by that point! If you want to keep it around a bit longer before you make another batch, it can also be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months.
