Pour the oat milk into a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 30-60 seconds (until steaming hot). (Alternatively, you can heat the oat milk on the stove in a small saucepan until it just starts to simmer.)
Cut up the strawberries. Cut two of the strawberries into slices and set them aside. Quarter the other two strawberries and add them to a glass. Muddle until thoroughly mashed. (Alternatively, place two strawberries in a glass and use an immersion blender to mash/puree the strawberries.)
Add rolled oats, maple syrup, salt, and muddled strawberries to a bowl and pour hot oat milk over the top.
Let sit for 3-5 minutes until the oats have soaked up most of the liquid.
Stir oatmeal and add the sliced strawberries to the top, along with your favorite toppings.

Storage TipsWant to save your strawberry oatmeal for next time? It’s always best to make it fresh, but leftovers can be used for strawberry oatmeal bars or a delicious strawberry oatmeal smoothie. Here’s how to keep things fresh!
Fridge: Use an airtight container for the remainder of your strawberry oatmeal, and you can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze: When a recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make, I don't recommend freezing it. It's better fresh anyway.
