This strawberry matcha latte is a quick and easy drink that combines the sweet, fresh strawberry purée with the vibrant, earthy flavor of ceremonial grade matcha. In just 5 minutes, you can enjoy this delicious, creamy latte, which is perfect for busy mornings or as a refreshing pick-me-up.
Add strawberries to the bottom of a glass, crush them with a muddle until puréed. (Alternatively, you can use a small blender cup.)
Add ice on top of strawberries, pour milk over top, and set aside.
