Heat oat milk. (Microwave for 60 seconds or in a small saucepan over medium heat. (Remove before it boils.))
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl.
Pour hot water over top and whisk until clumps dissolve and the liquid is smooth.
Add matcha tea, maple syrup, and oat milk into a cup, and enjoy!

Storage TipsAs soon as you open a container of matcha, it should be stored in an airtight container. If you have a special container that removes all the oxygen from it, that is even better! As for your matcha latte, I recommend drinking it fresh.SubstitutionsThis matcha oat milk latte is tasty as is. Here are some substitutions if needed, though.
Milk: Oat milk is great in this recipe, but I always recommend using what you have in mind. Remember that oat milk is naturally very sweet, so you may need to adjust your sweetener accordingly.
Sweetener: I am a fan of using maple syrup because it is a liquid, so you don't have to worry about whether it dissolves. However, you can use agave or simple syrup instead if needed.
