Here’s an easy non-alcoholic summer drink that everyone can partake in! My berry smash summer mocktail is just the thing you need to cool down on a hot day. Whether out by the pool for a family barbecue or working hard out in the yard, try this refreshing berry mocktail before summer ends!
Zest lime into a large liquid measuring cup (or a bowl with a pouring spout).
Squeeze in lime juice and add blueberries, salt, and four mint leaves. Use a muddle to mash the blueberries completely.
Pour maple syrup into mixture and stir until well combined.
Prepare glasses by adding ice, remaining mint leaves, and thin lime slices to each cup.
Pour berry mixture over top, then fill glass with sparkling water and stir.
