- 5 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 cup organic pumpkin purée
- 1/3+ cup maple syrup
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Pour water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pumpkin into a large pitcher and stir thoroughly until well combined.
Add cinnamon sticks to the pitcher or add a cinnamon stick to each glass and enjoy!
