- 3 medium avocados, or 2 large avocados
- 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut avocado, remove seeds, and add to a medium bowl. Smash it using a fork (leaving it slightly chunky).
Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
Serve with tortilla chips or on vegan tacos!
