Simple Guacamole

This simple guacamole recipe is quick and easy to make. Featuring perfectly ripe avocados, fresh tomatoes, and a blend of aromatic herbs and spices, this guacamole isn't just a dish—it's a vibrant experience for your palate.

Ingredients  

  • 3 medium avocados, or 2 large avocados
  • 1/3 cup grape tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Cut avocado, remove seeds, and add to a medium bowl. Smash it using a fork (leaving it slightly chunky).
  • Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on vegan tacos!
