Banana Chia Pudding

Easy, 5 ingredient banana chia pudding recipe. Enjoy in no time with only 5 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of soak time!

Ingredients 
 

  • 2 over-ripe banana, 1 mashed + 1 sliced
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Place banana in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly.
  • Add chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, and milk to the bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes (to an hour or overnight).
  • Divide between two jars and top with sliced bananas and your favorite nut butter.
