- 2 over-ripe banana, 1 mashed + 1 sliced
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place banana in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly.
Add chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, and milk to the bowl.
Combine thoroughly.
Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes (to an hour or overnight).
Divide between two jars and top with sliced bananas and your favorite nut butter.
