- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups water
- lemon slices, (optional)
Stir together lemon juice, maple syrup, and water.
Pour into a popsicle tray and add a couple of lemon slices to each mold (optional).
Freeze for at least four hours.
