Easy, 4 ingredient pomegranate smoothie that is made with strawberries, bananas, and, of course, juicy pomegranates. This plant-based smoothie makes for a great meal, snack or even a dessert. Pomegranates are an amazing source of vitamin K, C and folate, and bananas are high in potassium and an excellent source of vitamin B-6. In other words, this is a tasty vegan treat you will not regret.

POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend it up!
  2. Pour in bowl or glass and sprinkle extra pomegranate on top! Yum yum.

Notes
