Blackberry Smoothie

Description

This healthy blackberry smoothie is perfectly creamy and yogurt-free! It is the perfect vegan smoothie for blackberry season (obviously) and is wonderfully refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2+ fresh mint leaves (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients into a blender* and blend until nice and smooth.
  2. Enjoy: Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!

Notes

*If you don’t have a blender, a food processor can work just as well!
