This healthy blackberry smoothie is perfectly creamy and yogurt-free! It is the perfect vegan smoothie for blackberry season (obviously) and is wonderfully refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 2+ fresh mint leaves (optional topping)
- Blend: Add all ingredients into a blender* and blend until nice and smooth.
- Enjoy: Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!
*If you don’t have a blender, a food processor can work just as well!
