Description

Easy three-ingredient lime juice recipe made with maple syrup. It’s the perfect refined sugar-free drink for a hot day or any time you’re just in the mood. 


Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed (about 10-12 limes)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour ingredients into a pitcher and stir thoroughly. 
  2. Enjoy a little taste of summer goodness over ice!

Notes

  • I prefer my limeade tart, so add a bit more maple syrup if it’s too sour for your sweet tooth. If you don’t have maple syrup on hand, feel free to use cane sugar instead.
  • A great way to store this perfect drink is in a half-gallon glass jar in the fridge for 3-4 days. (An airtight container will keep it fresh longer.)
