Fig Chia Pudding

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2+ figs (personal preference)
- 1/2+ teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup into a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Scoop mixture into jars and add sliced figs.
- Let sit for at least 10 minutes or until the chia seeds have soaked up some of the liquid.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
