Easy ginger lemonade with the right amount of kick.
- 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 5 cups water
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2–3 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- Pour ingredients into blender and pulse.
- Enjoy a little taste of lemony bliss over ice!
I prefer my lemonade tart, so add a bit more maple syrup if it’s too sour for your sweet tooth.
If you don’t have maple syrup on hand, feel free to use cane sugar instead.
